Integrating Props & Posture Variations

Welcome to Vinyasa Props and Variations!  You will learn how to safely integrate various props and posture modifications to support your vinyasa practice as it grows.  Part1of2 Sessions focuses on vinyasa plus standing postures.  Part2of2 Sessions focuses on vinyasa plus seated postures.  There are many types of yoga props such as mirrors, walls, blocks, straps, wedges, bolsters, pillows, blankets and more!  We will be focused on blocks and hand towels or straps, which are the easiest props for yogis to carry with their yoga practice.  Please bring cork blocks and a towel or strap to support grips and binds.  When we use other props, they will be provided at the studio.  See you soon!
