Meditate&Breathe (ClassPass not accepted)

Namaste, and welcome to Meditate & Breathe (M&B) community of practice!  Our sessions are now ~90-day intervals, aligned with solstice & equinox start dates (Jun21, Sept22, Dec21 for 2022, and Mar20 2023).  You will learn how to select & prepare your personal spaces for meditation and breathwork, you will explore techniques to support stress, anxiety, allergies, grief, pain, breathing challenges and more!  Participation options are as follows:

  • Join on desired days using any multi-class pass for each session - please email studio to confirm your participation.
  • Join the entire 90-day season (self-purchase Meditate&Breathe on website).
