Welcome to Vinyasa Props and Variations! You will learn how to safely integrate various props and posture modifications to support your vinyasa practice as it grows. Part1of2 Sessions focuses on vinyasa plus standing postures, and Part2of2 Sessions focuses on seated postures. Please bring cork blocks and a towel or strap to support grips and binds. When we use other props, they will be provided at the studio. See you soon!
