Welcome to Meditate & Breathe (M&B) community of practice! Our sessions are now ~90 days and they align with solstice & equinox start dates (Jun21-Sept22-Dec21, Mar20 in the new year). You will learn how to select & prepare your own personal spaces for meditation and breathwork, you will explore techniques to support stress, anxiety, allergies, grief, pain, breathing challenges and more!
